The Division of Forestry and Natural Resources at West Virginia University cordially invites you to consider using the scenic and spacious Westvaco Natural Resources Center for your next meeting, conference, or class. Located in the West Virginia University Research Forest, the Center is an exceptional teaching and conference facility, and home to the Division of Forestry and Natural Resources Wildlife Collection. The Center offers classroom and kitchen facilities, as well as A/V equipment including a PA system, LCD projector & screen, DVD/VCR/CD player, overhead projector, and flip charts. Also experience the newly developed Forest Regeneration Trail during your visit. This one-mile educational trail has been specifically designed for those who would like to enjoy a leisurely walk through part of the University’s 7,000 beautifully forested acres.
